The Howler is a 1948 Willys-Overland ("Jeep Truck") pickup cab mounted on a 1977 International Scout II XLC chassis. The Scout running gear is retained from the Howler's previous life as an open-topped rock crawler. When the rust and trail dents overwhelmed the Scout body it was cut off and the transformation began.
